Here at Youths in Action New Rochelle we understand that interactive learning makes for great inspiration! At Don Coqui they believe Chefs come in all sizes. This Spring Break courtesy of Youths in Action New Rochelle, kids got to roll up their sleeves, put on an apron and Chef Hat, work with one of Don Coqui's professional Chefs, and create age appropriate foods that they then enjoy. WHAT A GREAT CAMP ACTIVITY!
